Our Gastroenterologists offer a full range of clinical services to detect, diagnose and treat disorders of the digestive system and liver.
We currently offer Gastroenterology services at our Ballantyne, Matthews, Musuem and NorthCross locations.
Services provided include:
- Screening, management and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases
- Initial or second opinion consults and exams for general gastroenterology
- Initial or second opinion consults and exams for liver and biliary tract diseases
- Diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy
- Open access colonscopy (direct immediate scheduling) for colon cancer screening
- Open access upper endoscopy for diagnosis of peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease and other upper intestinal disorders
- Video capsule endoscopy for evaluation of small bowel disease
- Diagnostic flexible sigmoidoscopy performed on location in the Museum office; available within 48 hours or even same day as needed
